Optional Features:

  • Over half of the homes will include a full basement that can be finished as an upgrade.  The finished ceiling heights will be nine to ten feet.  We offer a basement floor plan for each plan or one may meet with our architect to customize a basement design.
  • Most of the plans will include approximately 950 to 1200 square feet or more on the second level which will be floored, rough framed, wired, and plumbed for two full bathrooms.  This will be great storage space or as an upgrade this second level will be finished for you. 
  • Most of the homes include an elevator shaft.  As an upgrade we will install the elevator or one can be installed within this shaft at any time in the future.  Those that choose not to upgrade to an elevator at this time can utilize this space as an additional walk-in pantry, a cedar closet, a wine storage, or for a Christmas closet.
